<p>According to <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&#038;zu=http://www.cbc.ca/canada/toronto/story/2009/11/13/sexsomnia-defence.html">CBC News</a>, a man who <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&#038;zu=http://adam.about.com/encyclopedia/Rape.htm">sexually assaulted</a> a woman was recently found "not criminally responsible" because he was asleep at the time of the attack. He suffered from a rare sleep disorder, known as <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&#038;zu=http://addictions.about.com/od/glossar1/g/defsexsomnia.htm">sexsomnia</a>.</p>
